REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

1. Registration form Financial aid application
2. A copy of student birth certificate or social security card
3. Baptismal certificate and/or first communion if applicable


4. A copy of the most recent report card
5. Immunization records  

GUIDELINES FOR ADMISSION

1. Preferences shall be given to active members of the parish but non-parishioners are welcome.
2. Under Archdiocesan guidelines for financial considerations, the optimum number of students per classroom is thirty-five (35).
3. The recommended age for kindergarten students is five (5) years of age on or before September 1st but is required by December 1st.
4. The recommended age for first-grade students is six (6) years of age on or before September 1st, but required by December 1st, unless waived by the principal.
5. Those students applying for grades two through eight submit a copy of their most recent report card. Conduct and effort must be satisfactory.
6. All students must comply with current California immunization and health requirements prior to enrollment.
7. The parish school will strive to have Catholic education accessible to as many students as possible, both with its educational programs and financial considerations; however, it may have insufficient resources to serve the educational needs of all students.
8. The pastor and principal will review a students’ continued eligibility for enrollment in the parish school.
