Service Hours


Our Lady of Loretto School encourage family's involvement. Families are required to render certain number of service hours to the school to help offset costs and thereby keep tuition as low as possible. The school’s PTO hosts various events and fundraisers throughout the year which afford numerous service hour opportunities. Here are some of the many ways you earn service hours and to support the school:


  1. Volunteer to help during school events: Monthly Food Sale, Back to School Event, Family Night, Oktoberfest, Santo Niño Fiesta, Walk-A-Thon, Church Fiestas, and many more.
  2. Chaperone during field trips and or away sports game with water bottles, etc. for the players
  3. Teacher designated tasks done in school and or at home, e.g. cutting, outlining, etc.
  4. Donate food and or monetary every food sale
  5. Donate school and office supplies and or equiment needed by the school. Here are some of the school's wishlist: white copy paper, color paper, tissue


All families that fall short of the service-hour obligation by May 31st of every school year are billed at a rate of $25 an hour. Please contact the Principal for questions about the service-hour commitment.
