UNIFORM POLICY
Our Lady of Loretto students must be in complete uniform every day. All articles of clothing, i.e sweaters, jackets, walking shorts, PE shorts etc must be clearly labeled with students full name and grade. The school is not responsible for lost uniforms but there will be a lost and found area where you may search for lost uniforms. Complete and proper Uniform must be worn at all time. There will be $5.00 penalty for incomplete/improper uniform.

FORMAL UNIFORM
TK - 8th Grade Boys must wear Flat-Front Navy Twill Pants, all Black Belt, White Short Sleeve Button-Front Polo, Navy Tie, Navy V-Neck Vest w/ OLL logo, Navy V-Neck Cardigan w/ OLL logo, all black dress shoes and Navy Blue Socks.
TK to 3rd Grade Girls must wear Grant Plaid-Center Box Pleat Jumper, White Short Sleeve Peter Pan Collar Blouse, NAvyTie Crossover/Pearl Snap-Navy, Mayfair Blue V-Neck w/ OLL logo, Female saddle shoes Black/White or black Female Dress Shoes and Knee-Hi Cable Knit Mayfair Blue Socks.
4th - 8th Grade Girls must wear Pleated Skort-Grant plaid, White Camp Short Sleeve Shirt, Tie Crossover/Pearl Snap-Navy, Mayfair Blue V-Neck w/ OLL logo, Mayfair Blue V-Neck w/ OLL logo, Femail saddle shoes Black/White or all Black Female Dress Shoes and Knee-Hi Cable Knit Mayfair Blue Socks.
All students must wear Formal Uniform on Mondays. If Monday is a holiday, Formal Uniform must be worn the following school day. Formal Uniform must also be worn on first day of school year, first day of school after school break/vacation and during Family Mass.
WALKING SHORTS UNIFORM
Boys must wear light blue polo shirt shirt, navy blue walking shorts, all black or white tennis shoes and navy blue socks.
Girls must wear light blue polo shirt, navy blue walking shorts, all black or white tennis shoes and navy bobby/tripple roll socks.
All students must wear Walking Short Uniform on Tuesdays through Thursdays throughout the school year. During cold season, students can wear navy blue pants in place of the walking shorts. All shirt and shorts must have OLL approved logo.
P.E. UNIFORM
All students must wear school light blue gym shorts and light blue gym shirt with Warriors logo and all plain black or white tennis shoes. PE uniforms must be worn every Friday.
FREE DRESS
Boys may wear cords or dressing jeans and shirts with a collar designed for sportswear. Boys MUST NOT WEAR bleached jeans, pants with buckles, straps, or chain attached, baggy pants or shirts, jogging outfits, sports jerseys and pants with excessive pockets.
Girls may wear pants in good taste. Girls MUST NOT WEAR clothing that is too revealing or too tight, halter, strapless or spaghetti straps or backless dresses, tops or blouses, midriffs, sleeveless and plunging neckline blouses or tops, mini skirts, spandex or stirrup pants, oversized clothing, thong-type sandals, high heels, platform shoes or other shoes that impair mobility, make-up, eye-liner, lipstick, false fingernails or nail polish.
HAIR AND PERSONAL HYGIENE
BOYS - No shaved heads. Must wear hair around the ear, all face showing and no defined lines such as mohawks and extreme lines and no longer than neck line. Hair must not be over an inch long at the top. No spike hair or use of excessive hair products. No mustaches.
GIRLS - No nail polish, excessive hair products and hair away from entire face. Long hair should be pulled back or kept nicely comb.
All students must keep nails short/trimmed and cleaned daily. All uniforms must be washed and no obvious permanent dirtly spots.
The school reserves the right to send home any student who come to school inappropriately dressed. Free dress is a privilege. Cooperation of students and parents is requested to maintain the standard of school uniform policy.
